TrainingPros Presents

Go Micro! 20 Easy Ways to Make Microlearning a Success

Featuring Author & Head of Learning Experience Strategy for TorranceLearning, Carla Torgerson, MEd, MBA

We live in a time where we can instantly find answers to almost anything online. That is why microlearning has become the gold standard for satisfying our need to have everything readily available whenever and wherever we need it.

Micro content is a perfect mix of skill development and timeliness.

For that reason, it seems everyone wants to “go micro,” and many of us have already done so. But going micro is more than just delivering bite-sized learning content on-demand. There are many different use cases and flavors of microlearning.

This lack of clarity creates a tremendous challenge for instructional designers to identify best design practices, delivery approaches, and implementation methods. It also means everyone can claim their solution is microlearning, even though the reality is they are all doing something vastly different.

However, as long as everyone involved understands HOW we will go micro, we have a much greater chance of doing it successfully.

So whether you are looking for new ways to elevate micro in your organization or have decided your micro strategy has run amuck, you don’t want to miss this FREE webinar.

TrainingPros is excited to welcome the author of The Microlearning Guide to Microlearning and co-author of Designing Microlearning, Carla Torgeson, MEd, MBA.

Carla is currently the Head of Learning Experience Strategy at TorranceLearning and has developed MILE, the MicroLearning Design Model©.
